We are excited to be hosting the fantastic Darrel Kwong from DWK Consultancy for an evening info session for local landlords.
Darrel will be running through the important information relating to the upcoming Renter’s Rights Bill and the changes this new legislation will impose for all landlords.
However, as a managing agent it is our goal to reduce the impact these changes will have on all our fully managed properties.
