Wotton Walking Festival returns for its 6th year. The 2023 programme offers 16 fully guided walks over three days; 12th to 14th May. Festival chairperson Neil Hasson, explains “Whether youre a long term resident, have recently moved to the area, or visiting from afar the festival walks are a great way to discover more about the stunning part of the Cotswolds we live in.

The programme is designed to cater for a wide range of interests and physical abilities and is an excellent opportunity to get to know like minded outdoor enthusiasts. The agenda includes special interest walks focused upon local history, local flora/fauna and the ever popular Friday evening Pub Walk will concentrate upon satisfying any thirst. Each day also includes at least one walk of 10+ miles. These should be considered as all day outings with considerable height gain and loss. At the end of your walk Wotton has a wealth of excellent and welcoming refreshment venues to suit every taste, providing a just reward for all your efforts!  The Festival has a dedicated website  https://wottonwalkingfestival.com . Neil recommends investigating the programme to discover which outings best suit you and your friends.

Participation is free and booking, which is required as places are limited, is available via the website. Neil and the team look forward to seeing you.
