This December, join Cobalt in spreading festive cheer while supporting a local medical charity.
Kick things off on Sunday 7 December with the brand-new Reindeer Run! Whether you fancy a gentle walk, a joyful prance, or a full-speed gallop, it’s a fun and friendly event for all ages. Everyone taking part receives a free pair of antlers and a special Cobalt mug—perfect for a post-run hot chocolate. Sign up early to enjoy the early-bird discount and start the season by doing something amazing.
From midday 2 December to midday 9 December, Cobalt is proud to be part of The Big Give Christmas Challenge 2025. This national match-funding campaign means every pound donated during the week is doubled. Your generosity could help Cobalt reach their £37,000 target to support crucial local dementia research trials. Huge thanks go to The Julia Rausing Trust, acting as this year’s Big Give Champion.
After Christmas, keep the goodwill going with The Big Sort (29 December – 15 January). Instead of throwing away your used Christmas cards, drop them into the giant collection bins at Thirlestaine Breast Clinic.
